• About Gasparilla Sounds White Pelicans
  
  Gasparilla Sounds is by far one of the best locations to photograph White Pelicans in S.W Florida. Hundreds of White Pelicans gather in this area during the winter months allowing you to get very close and personal.
  
  White Pelicans are often in close contact with humans providing great opportunities for the bird photographer. Depending on your shooting style, sometimes all you would need is a 70-200mm lens. I often use my Canon 400mm L lens for close ups portraits and my 70-200mm L lens for flight and group shots.
  
  We’ll photograph White Pelicans during the afternoon hours for best natural light. We will have a nice green background and we’ll be able to get very low providing a great perspective for your subject.
  
  If you have never photograph White Pelicans up close and personal, these workshops are for you!

  Absolutely NOT.

• Workshop Tuition and Registration:
  
  
• $290 per person for TWO afternoons of extensive shooting.
  
  
• $150 per person for ONE afternoon of extensive shooting in case you want to attend one day only.
  
  
• Maximum of 4 attendees per workshop day (best learning experience)
  
  
• $190 deposit (non-refundable unless you find a person to fill your spot). Deposit should be paid the day you register. Remaining $100 should be pay in full by December 5th, 2009.
  
  
• Each participant is responsible for their own transportation.
  
  
• Each participant is responsible for his/her own physical condition.
